Steven Tyler Predicts Jessica Sanchez Will Win American Idol

After last night’s performance episode of American Idol, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has predicted that his favorite Jessica Sanchez will take the Idol crown for the show’s eleventh season.

Tonight, it will be revealed who of the three competitors will be going to the season finale. It’s between Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips and Jessica, but the voters might have spoken to send our favorite home. Who will win it all? That’s still unknown at this point, but we’ve got a feeling that it may come between Jessica and Phillip after tonight.

After Jessica performed Mariah Carey’s song My all last night, Steven said that she’s pretty much got the show in the bag. He said, “Jessica, when you sing, you make people hang on your every note. The way you sing, I just hope you get used to encores. And in another kind of crazy way, you will be the last one standing here I believe. So that was just so over the top, girl. I can tell ya.”

That has been the best commentary that Steven has doled out this whole season. usually, he just says, “beautiful” or leers creepily. But, as much as we love Steven Tyler, we have to disagree. We’re going for a Phillip Phillips win. Who are you rooting for?
